Lambent Risk Management Services Inc. was originally conceived in 2000 to deliver insurance services to underserved markets. Founder Shirley A. Evans-Wofford, an insurance professional with more than 30 years of experience, recruited a team of brokers, underwriters and consultants from the largest brokerage firms and insurance companies to ensure the highest quality of service and expertise. She envisioned an insurance brokerage firm committed to taking a more holistic, individualized approach to managing risks and protecting the lifetime value of her clients’ assets, regardless of their size.

Today, Lambent has more than 125 years of combined experience in risk management, loss control and claims management services and serves small, medium and large clients in the public and private sectors.
