Step 1:  Evaluate

Many insurance brokers simply duplicate the existing policy without identifying and assessing exclusions and potential exposures that could put the client at risk. At Lambent, we assess and review your entire program, “peeling back the onion” to identify exclusions and gaps in coverage.

 

Step 2: Disclose and critique

We present the client with an overview of the coverage they currently have and critique the strength of that policy against the optimum level of coverage we propose to protect their business and financial interests.

 

Step 3: Develop an authentic pricing model

Assumptions can exacerbate losses. When it comes to insurance, people assume the cost of coverage will be the same from year to year, regardless of losses claimed. In reality, the cost of coverage may shift from year-to-year based on industry trends and how insurance carriers respond to them. At Lambent, we gather quotes based on actual exposures and industry trends, not last year’s program, and apply industry expertise to mitigate potentially costly trends and regulatory changes. Our due diligence results in an average cost savings of 15 to 20 percent.
